The principle of this vise is the reciprocating air pressure motor (Patent structure) R&D by ourselves. It achieves the property of automatically batting by means of continuously increasing the pressure to push the oil way. This vise only requires a simple connection to an air pressure source to achieve automated, fast, and high clamping force functionality. With a low-pressure air source of 8 kg/cm², it can deliver an ultra-high clamping force of up to 90 kN. The clamping force can be freely adjusted from 0 to 90 kN using the air pressure regulating valve.

• Induction-Hardened Guideways: The slideways undergo high-frequency heat treatment to HRC 45°, maintaining long-term precision and superior wear resistance.
• Fixed Height for Multi-Vise Setup: Vises of the same height and dimension can be used in multiple parallel setups (with the same air pressure source); suitable for heavy-duty cutting and precision machining on various machine tools.
